PulsarAI Solutions (“PulsarAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI chatbot, AI voice agent, and custom AI agent development services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit pulsaraisolutions.com (the “Site”), submit an inquiry, or purchase our services, and describes our role when we build and operate AI agents on behalf of business clients (see “Our Role: Controller and Processor” below).
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of messages submitted through our contact, consultation, or “Get Started” forms.
- Order and billing information: name and billing/shipping address when you purchase a package through checkout. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: records of emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages exchanged with us.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs, collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries and provide quotes
- Process orders and payments
- Deliver, maintain, and support the AI solutions we build for you, including processing conversation content through the underlying AI model providers necessary to generate a response
- Send service-related communications (project updates, invoices, support)
- With your consent or where permitted by law, send marketing communications
- Improve the Site and our services
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. Our Role: Controller and Processor
When you interact with our Site, submit an inquiry, or purchase our services directly, PulsarAI acts as the data controller for the personal information described in this Policy.
When we build, host, or operate an AI chatbot, voice agent, or custom AI agent on behalf of a business client (a “Client”), the Client is the data controller for the personal information of its own customers and end users who interact with that AI agent (“End User Data”), and PulsarAI acts as a data processor / service provider, processing End User Data solely on the Client’s documented instructions and for the purpose of delivering the contracted service.
If you are an end user interacting with an AI agent built by PulsarAI for a business, and you wish to exercise a privacy right (such as access, correction, or deletion) over your data, please contact that business directly, as they control the data and are best positioned to respond. We assist our Clients in fulfilling such requests in accordance with our service agreements and applicable law.
5. Legal Bases for Processing (EU/UK Visitors)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering purchased services), your consent (e.g., marketing emails, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Site and business, fraud prevention), and compliance with legal obligations.
6. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Do Not Track
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (e.g., shopping cart, checkout) and, where enabled, analytics or advertising. Where required by law — including for EU/UK visitors under GDPR’s ePrivacy rules — we will obtain consent before setting non-essential cookies via a cookie consent banner. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. You can still manage cookies through your browser settings or exercise your privacy rights using the contact details in this Policy.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as needed to operate our business, including with:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process transactions
- Our website and e-commerce infrastructure provider(s) to operate the Site
- Email, CRM, and communication platforms we use to manage inquiries and client communications
- Third-party AI/LLM providers that process conversation content to power the chatbots, voice agents, and custom agents we build — we do not authorize these providers to use Client or End User data to train their general-purpose models beyond what is necessary to provide the service
- Our build team and service providers who deliver and support your AI solution, under confidentiality obligations
- Professional advisors (e.g., accountants, attorneys) and authorities, where required by law
We require the providers above to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we authorize, and we maintain a current list of the vendors and sub-processors who may process personal data on our behalf, available upon reasonable written request.
8. International Data Transfers
We are based in Nevada, USA. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. Where required for personal data originating in the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and for transfers from the United Kingdom, the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. As a general guide: business contact and billing records are retained for the duration of our relationship plus 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations; End User Data processed on behalf of a Client is retained, returned, or deleted in accordance with that Client’s instructions and our service agreement, typically upon termination of the engagement.
10. Security and Data Breach Notification
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident that compromises the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of personal information, we will notify affected Clients and, where required by applicable law (including the GDPR/UK GDPR’s 72-hour rule and Singapore’s PDPA notifiable data breach requirements), the relevant regulator and affected individuals, without undue delay.
11. Automated Decision-Making
PulsarAI’s AI chatbots, voice agents, and custom agents are designed to support and augment — not replace — human decision-making on significant matters. Where an AI agent we build is used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual without meaningful human involvement, our Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate safeguards, including a right to request human review, are in place, consistent with GDPR Article 22 and equivalent provisions of other applicable laws.
12. Your Privacy Rights
United States — Nevada: Nevada residents have the right to opt out of the sale of “covered information” (certain personal information sold for monetary consideration for resale). PulsarAI does not sell personal information in this manner. To submit a request or ask a question, contact hello@pulsaraisolutions.com.
Other U.S. States: Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Where applicable, we will honor verifiable requests submitted to hello@pulsaraisolutions.com.
European Economic Area & United Kingdom: If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office). We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.
Canada: Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access and request correction of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for its collection, use, or disclosure, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
United Arab Emirates: If the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) applies to you, you have the right to be informed about processing, to access your data, and to request correction or erasure, subject to applicable exceptions.
Singapore: Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may withdraw consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time by contacting us, and may request access to or correction of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
